Our Tenant Find Service

Some Landlords prefer to be more "hands-on" and look after the property themselves, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have the security of a well referenced, carefully selected Tenant.

Our Tenant Find Service works well because, unlike a lot of other companies who offer an inferior service for Tenant Find Landlords, we carry out the same referencing system as we do for Fully Managed. We arrange all the agreements and ensure the Right to Rent legislation is met, the deposit is registered at no extra cost, and the tenants are given all the required documents to comply with current legislation.

In fact, every aspect of our Tenant Find process is the same as our Fully Managed Service, right up until the Tenant collects the keys. Everything is dealt with by our local Plymouth office, the only real difference is the procedure following the sign-up: The tenants are given the bank details for the Landlords Account so that they can pay them directly, as well as contact details for the Landlord for any future correspondence.

Our Tenant Find service gives you the confidence in knowing that all checks and paperwork are carried out to an identical standard as our Fully Managed properties - there are no "shortcuts", and no risk of a lower grade service. It is important to us that you have the right tenant, and that the tenancy runs smoothly throughout. If at anytime you decided Tenant Find was no longer for you, we would be more than happy to take over the management of the property.

Don't forget - even a Tenant Find landlord must comply with all relevant legislation. You should keep your records up-to-date, including reports from your property visits, and a collection of in-date safety certificates.

Optional Referencing: Full reference for all Tenants, including Credit Check, Landlord Reference and Income Reference (where they are applicable): £240

NO EXTRA COST FOR drawing up contracts, arranging and conducting viewings, conducting the Tenant's sign-up, or supplying you with paperwork to continue afterwards.

This service is identical to the Fully Managed Service, up until the tenants have moved in. We will always be available for assistance or free advice throughout the duration of the tenancy if required.
